Pros
The Credit Union is located is a small, pleasant town, the people are great and the organization was at one time well run with strong capital. The Credit Union is/has a strong brand and is growing. It is well respected and most employees are very pleasant to work with.
Cons
Over the years a few old men took over the Board of Directors and have begun to run it for the benefit of their own ego's. Since I was let go 2 other members of the senior staff have left and I'm told the trust that the employees once enjoyed has evaporated. It is unfortunate that a senile old man has been allowed to take over what was once a proud, well run institution.
