Pros
The company size in Vietnam is around 60, equally divided in 2 cities. The company recruits young and talented people for their pipeline, thus the co-workers are nice and can be good friends. Many of them have Master, PhD degree, and most of them have abroad experience. The office is standard, clean, has nice canteen, locates in the center of the city. The company is leading in its field in the market, therefore it could be a plus in your resume.
Cons
The leadership theory is so obsolete, in which the leaders are mostly bossy and the only thing they care about is to get the number bigger and bigger, regardless of how the employees' feeling. Sometimes the director talks bad things about an employee to another employee (=.=) The package is not really competitive compare to other players in the market. That's why the turnover rate is very high (70% of recruited employees left within 1 year).
