      1.Its really impossible to work with this company.Don't join based on glassdoor or google reviews 2.Managers are really tough 3.No extra benefits apart form salary 4.Budget problem 5.They will tell one word to work 6.Expectations are vary high. They will expect to work as robot

      Working at Navikenz has been an absolute pleasure. The projects are engaging, the colleagues are supportive and friendly, and there is a strong sense of equality among different roles. The company values work-life balance, offering flexible work-from-home options, while also organizing occasional in-person meetings and trips that foster team collaboration. Overall, I have had a fantastic experience at Navikenz and would highly recommend it to others seeking a positive and enjoyable work environment.

      Very extreme work environment. Expected to work like robot. Requirements keep on changing. No time to upskill and learn. Glassdoor reviews are biased written as a part of internal campaign, please don't believe 5 star reviews where they are talking about work life balance. There is no life while working here. Vision is not clear and it leads to chaos and rework. No recognition and appreciation for star performers.
