Many a time it appears that there is bias towards few people. Competency of cross functional teams is sometime difficult to comprehend with your work.

Very bad HR people and poor management. Only Senior leadership is benefiting on juniors hard work. Very bad compensations offered and 0 promotions. Seniors will treat you as a slave and will abuse also.
