      Awful communication and time management

      - Decent pay - Fully remote working option - Fancy office for those wanting to work hybrid

      Cons

      - Awful communication from management (failed my probation and had no feedback at all before that to let me know I was not meeting expectations) - Everyone works stupid hours trying to impress, horrible work life balance - very vague on roles and responsibilities
