      Pros

      • Trained and allowed me to start recruiting with no previous recruiting experience. • Freedom to plan your day how you see fit (no micromanaging) • Small company and great vibes. Can easily ask your coworkers questions. •New job orders coming in throughout the year keep things fresh and interesting!

      Cons

      Takes time and patience to start to see money come in due to gaurentees but once you get your cadence going you'll be set.

      Pros

      There is unlimited earning potential here at Naviron and you get what you put into it. You have to brush off the crazy things that happen as you work with humans and there is the human factor. The team has fun and we have some fun group events. Everyone seems to really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Working in recruiting there is a huge human factor that you can't control. But other than that - no major complaints!

      Pros

      Coming up on my first full year at Naviron and I have to say I am really happy with everything here. There were some changes in the company when I arrived and more has changed since but I truly believe they have been for the best. The management is very open and treats you like you are family rather than just a number and I have found that to be very rare in this city. Not only do I appreciate how much they have challenged me in my role but they also take the time to make sure im on track and help me understand why something isn't working well and to find effective solutions.

      Cons

      If you aren't a self starter and don't put in the work, you wont see results. Definitely can be a lot of hard days when you are dealing with people as your product. Its the only sales job in which your product can make its own decisions.
