Pros
Experiencing a rising career graph is very much possible over here. Just need to have the right attitude and approach. Rest of the things will be served on the platter. The upper management has always stood by me and supported. Have been consulting them whenever needed. They saw the potential in me, and awarded the managerial position. I strive to meet up to their expectations.
Cons
It depends on your perspective. There is no con as such according to me

A good company with a lot of career opportunities. Here the atmosphere is very calm and silent. The company allows you to learn and grow. A friendly work environment with excellent career growth. They provide so many opportunities where you can learn and progress. Employees are always helpful and rewarded for their good work.
