Pros

Coworkers and management are nice and environment is comfortable. Management attempts to help as much as they know how to. Hybrid schedule and good location

Cons

In sales there is little effort to advance or innovate marketing. Leads continue to get worse and worse. Management has changed 5 times in the past 3 years and no one wants to take on the role of working with the President of the company directly or make a push in the right direction. Middle management is stuck between trying to assist and support sales reps while being suppressed by upper management. Systems are being built and paid for to improve work flow but are more so hurting work flow and customer experience.
