Pros

Easy patient load. I work on the rehab to home unit. Nurse. Patient ratio is 1:00 to 9. Easy charting system.

Cons

A lot of people think they are in charge and therefore a toxic work environment , that is during the day shift. However, evening shift is very fun and full of laughter until your stomach hurts, especially on Friday

Pros

Making a difference in the lives of the elders is the best part of this facility.

Cons

Management does not have the same views of compassion toward their employees that the Sisters embody. During orientation and the interviews you are told one thing, and your employment experience is much different.
