      Pros

      There aren’t any. Company is struggling with retaining employees. Would not recommend being employed at Neal Electric. More cons than pros.

      Cons

      The company can’t retain employees. Need new management that will be engaged and care. Horrible environment. This company has lost 80 employees in the last 6 months. Pay for new employees is very low and not industry standard.

      Great benefits, descent pay depending on your experience. An some of the co-workers make it enjoyable to work there.

      Cons

      Most of the co-workers come in with an attitude which makes working there unenjoyable. Always yelling, even for he smallest things.
