      Pros

      While they dont immediately treat you like garbage, they do eventually meet behind closed doors to sacrifice ford parts to Satan to place a curse on your first born son.

      Cons

      Do you mean besides the baby cursing or do you want real stuff like how make efforts to make sure that every employee there have as hard of a time keeping a job as fathomably possible.

      Pros

      Steady work. Get the training and go someplace else for better pay

      Cons

      They treat the employees as a number, not a person. Wages are low. They don't care if you work 7 days a week for months on end. Raises are inconsisent Expect perfection. They are not pro-active. They spend more money on buying new mop buckets than the safety of employees running the machines.

      Cons

      Management is truly lacking at Neapco. Lip service is offered to get candidates through the door and then you realize how unsupportive, stressful and micromanaging the culture really is. Quite honestly, the most degrading, toxic and draining job I’ve ever held.
