Good environment and they do have good intentions but are not congruent with what they do or say, they lie or hide things a lot.

Cons

average benefits for the market not honest they say they care but they don't not a stable company, you might loose your job if you hit bench but they won't let you know until that day

- Awesome place to work, excellent mojoe from everyone - Insurance for major medical services. - Profit sharing - Annual salary review (you might get eligible for a raise) - Tacos for everything, candies, cookies and small presents for special unofficial days like valentines or mother's day. - 10 vacation days, that unlocks since 6th month. Additional 3 free days per year, you can use them as you want. - Birthday cake once per month totally on the house - Be Rich program for volunteer activities - Be Well program with nutritionist and frequent blood analysis - Lunch and Learn to learn new technologies and eat pizza! - All salary in payroll + 2 bonuses - Newbies parties to get to know all of us - Bonding activities with managers so he can get to know us - Gaming nights once a while - Several coffee machines for several types of coffee, like capuccino, capsule, bean, soluble coffee is gourmet. We also have tea and ice tea for lunch. - Good quality healthy snacks like apples, pears, fiber brownies, oatmeal cookies, natural flavor pop corn. - Nobody can stay longer that 6:15 pm - Family focused, you can ask permission for family related issues. - You can reefer your husband/wife - Bicycle routes, Marathon activities paid by the company - 4 hours per week for internal projects. So you get to learn new things. - Activities in cultural mexican days like Kings Cake and Tamaliza - Free shirts for newbies and for the people that sign up to the marathon - Totally fancy Christmas party - Employee Advisory Board hear and evaluate improvement proposals (English classes, First Aid classes, Running classes, Discounts) - Facilities department focuses on get all the things we need to have an awesome space. - Employee Success department that only focuses on making us happy with day-to-day actions. - Management and Upper management actually hear your concerns - Even though is a small company you can clearly see the continuous improvement of processes

Cons

- If you have the bad luck of being in a too small project, you might get bored a bit. - Technical level of employees might improve - Some managers have favorites employees and some other managers care too low about theirs. - Too much hours of work, instead of 44/week, there should be 40. - No home office option
