Pros

The pay was good. The commute was not bad for me. The people in my department were very good, and I was able to treat them with respect and received respect back from them, as a member of management.

Cons

The owner treated everyone like slaves. He insisted that all lower, middle, and top management be accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week, with no recognition or compensation.

Pros

Colleagues -really great and hard working employees for the most part.

Cons

Location, management, Benefits - . The management is absolutely horrible, specially upper management. Employees are overworked and dont get recognition for their hardwork. Combine that with the worse benefits package ever and you have no reason to want to work there. 5 days of vacation time after a year, ridiculous deductibles for the medical plan and high premiums. Management treat workers like slaves and then wonder why people walk out the door.

Pros

You work on a fixed salary so if you are lucky and finish your day early it's not so bad.

Cons

They change schedules without notice so you may show up to work 2 hours to early or get an angry call telling you you're late at 3:30 am. Hardly anyone finishes early, no overtime until after 55 hours. They love to charge drivers full price for damage or lost items even though the load is insured, same goes for damage to truck, I understand paying the deductible but barging full price for repairs and still going through the insurance is called thievery. They don't trust the drivers at all, they don't reward good hard work but are quick to jump down your throat at the slightest misunderstanding, even when it's they're fault. They give you a direct connect only phone and never call you on it, it's soul purpose is to track your every movement, again no trust. They don't give raises but once a year and they look for any reason to minimize your raise, and they don't offer health and benefits for a year, I can go on all day, but go ahead work there, just don't say I didn't warn you.

Thank you for the feedback. We are always re-evaluating our benefits and compensation packages and are currently offering our drivers a very competitive salary, along with health insurance and a number of voluntary benefits including disability, dental and vision.
