I had a highly disappointing experience working at Nectar. The work culture is toxic, mainly due to poor leadership from managers like Abhinandan and Nishant. Freshers are better than them. They engage in excessive office politics, do ladies gossips, favoritism, and unprofessional behavior, creating a stressful and demotivating work environment. These managers not only micromanage but also take margins from vendors, prioritizing their own benefits over ethical business practices.
