Terrible micromanaging and lack of growth opportunities

Pros

There aren't any benefits in choosing to work here over other companies.

Cons

Management doesn't trust employees to do their jobs, so they micromanage them, which only serves to frustrate and negatively impact productivity. Salary is below average compared to other companies, and opportunities to raise it aren't given.

Pros

Sometimes we get free lunch Good incentives to boost morale (outings, raffles, etc) Coworkers are great, there's definitely camaraderie Hours are fairly decent

Cons

Insane amount of pressure from management to sell, despite the fact that you don't actually make commission until a year into employment The practice in and of itself is sketchy and management is upset that you can't convince people to give you their credit card information after you've given them a price without ever seeing their home Phone calls are endless during the busy season and they will absolutely work you through your break They give you a script that you kinda have to stick to.. its hard to add personality to it and if you do and it fails once, you're in the hot seat

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working for this company unless you like an abusive environment.

Cons

DO NOT WORK OR TRANSACT WITH THIS COMPANY. It is full of drama, broken promises and broken contracts. They treat all their employees horribly and just want money from their customers. The owner presents himself as a stand-up businessman but is ultimately shown to be a liar, underpaying and stealing from his employees. You won't get paid for all the things you were promised. STEER CLEAR!
