Benefits, work life balance, schedule
Cons
Very hostile environment. People get promoted based on how long they’ve been there and who they kiss up to, even when they are not qualified. There is no room to grow or learn anything. No career growth but great if you have no motivation and are happy in a stagnant position the work life balance is great.

Everyone is related to each other. Everyone. Nederlander has 9 theaters in their organization and it seems that someone seems to be related to another person or persons at every single one. Because of this many of the employees do less than the bare minimum of the job description because they think that because their Mother or Uncle or whoever also works there, nothing will happen to them
