The chinese and european businesses were great to deal with

Very siloed business, compete with themselves across these silos, not open to change or moderisation. Wages are poor across the organisation. Investment in new staff doesnt happen so many people overworked. Management are there due to time WIthin the business rather than qualifications or experience.

The offices were supplied weekly with fresh fruit. With the right leadership, could be a great company to work for.

Cons

The business works its people too hard. Long hours was the norm for salaried staff. Being understaffed was the norm for hourly. Sr. Management decisions often seemed capricious and didn't really seem focused on growing the business, improving profitability, and protecting the core.
