Pros
It's a strong European company with a young, multi-cultural workforce. New ideas are encouraged as is additional training to support both personal and professional development.
Cons
For a company with very high-tech products, there is slow uptake of new technologies internally. (i.e still using old versions of OS and Office tools.)
