Thank you for your feedback. At Need Supply we employ an open-door culture and welcome feedback from current and former employees. It’s feedback from employees that will help us to strive for the highest levels of employee satisfaction. While we agree that the company has changed a lot over the past year as we have experienced astounding growth, we disagree that our culture has changed. Our recent employee engagement survey results support this in that an overwhelming percentage of employees feel strongly connected to the vision, values and culture of Need Supply. We are proud to have a highly engaged team, but acknowledge that there is always room for continuous improvement. As we continue to grow and expand, we’ve made a commitment to our employees to continue to reinvest in their personal and professional success. With regards to your feedback regarding turnover, which appears to be drastically overstated, Need Supply has a very low turnover rate compared to industry metrics. In fact, compared to our competitors in the Retail and Ecommerce spaces, the average tenure of a Need Supply employee is significantly longer. Our employees are fully invested in their work, teams and the strategic goals of Need Supply.
