Bad management. No pay raises. Favouritism, bullying in management, short break (1), very little time off, owner yells and curses employees out loud and in front of everyone.
Some coworkers can be very helpful. The doctors themselves do genuinely care for the animals.

Extremely toxic work environment. Favoritism is huge. Management contains more drama than a telenovela. Poor communication from management. The owner is disrespectful and degrading to everyone. Some of the worst work experiences I've ever had. Do not work here. I barely reccomend to bring your animals here because the employees are treated so hideously.
