      Pros

      Supportive environment, Management can be demanding, Community feel, Child centric approach, staff lunch, holidays are good. A good place for children to learn.

      Cons

      Demanding. There can be a lot of demand on the teacher and sometimes the demand placed is not justified. You might find you are doing things to please the whims of the management or admin.

      Good for students. Lot of extra activities for kids. Free food for teachers.

      Cons

      Finance and HR department is very slow.They take ages to do something. No respect for teachers. Zero support from management if you are facing any issues.

      Free food. Location is good. Good Infrastructure.

      Cons

      Neev is the worst organizations I have worked in. After years of working for them, the mgmt treat people like machines here. They can yell at anyone they want, they would make random rules whenever they wish, and they ask people to leave just like that. Very unhealthy working environment, very negtive way of giving feedback Most of the higher-management as well as HR department is completely useless. Lack of management and leadership is completely visible
