      Pros

      Insurance in 30 days, Vacation starts at hire. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Saint Louis project managers have high turnover. None of their project are going smooth on the door system side. Kansas City office is controlled by a dictator, and overseen by 3 managers(who are scared of the dictator).
