Pros

Some of the employees are nice and the healthcare is cool I guess...but none of it is worth it at all.

Cons

Owner is a horrible person and has respect for his employees or the people he interacts with. He really has no respect for anyone and thinks other people are supposed to be his maids. If you go into this job expecting to work a lot trust me you will not and you will not understand why they need al those people to do nothing at all! Don’t expect the owner to care about anything that doesn’t involve money...the most arrogant human I hv met in a long time Honestly I wouldn’t recommend anyone of color try to work there because he is a racist and especially with women he really could care less about respecting people and their lives! If you take this job understand that you will want to quit on your first week!

Pros

Can't deny that having healthcare completely covered was a perk. Neighborhood Properties also offers contribution matching for a Simple IRA, which is great. I thought pay was fair. It's not a job you have to take home with you.

Cons

Weird lack of structure. Property managers are overworked but there wasn't a lot of training in how to help spread the load. Company culture was pretty awful: it was clear that no one wanted to be there. Unrealistic expectations for when and how work should get done.
