Poor management, racism, and unrealistic goals

- Benefits and paid time off right away - Commission pay (but it's not great) - Probably a fine job if you can leave work at work

Cons

- Openly racist managers that upper management consistently praises - Manager will attempt to bring you do if they do not think you will work there for life - HR gossips with other departments about people's employment statuses - HR brushes sexual and other workplace harassment under the rug - Managers can get caught red-handed in lies with no repercussions - Sales goals have extremely unrealistic goals - Branches are so competitive other employees can sometimes be rude - Management watches cameras to spy on employees

get off for bank holidays, good benefits, good customer service for members, non-for-profit, competitions where you can win prizes

Cons

extraordinarily high expectations with minimal reward for selling products and services, little room for advancement; upper management has been there for many years, making it difficult to advance. once one thing is learned, given more tasks from managers, once that is learned, more tasks. while keeping same expectations with no change in pay, title, or appreciation. not enough provided education for what is expected of one to know.

Pay sucks , benefits suck like awful for what we pay in , HR I’m sure couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag . They keep promoting and giving fictitious titles to people who should have been fired long ago.
