Agreements during solicitation about not working at client offices were not met. In week 1 already I was sent to a client office and thereby was not even able to get to know the team at Neitraco.
Flexible and informal work environment. Friendly, knowledgeable colleagues.
Cons
Large disconnect between Management and employees. Management preaches self development and support to it, but when you ask for any official courses, nothing ever happens. No dedicated HR manager/representative, how are you supposed to address issues if you need to discuss these issues directly with the MD?
