      Pros

      Great culture and greatest coworkers that make the tough days worthwhile. They want you to succeed and make that clear from day one and the networking is advantageous for anyone looking to go into state or federal workforce.

      Cons

      High turnover, at times, can lead to difficulty getting a grasp of the work. You really need to sink your teeth in and make the position your own which can call for long hours in the beginning.
