Pros

Great pay and benefits. Our schedule is awesome. And I actually enjoy coming to work. The job itself is a lot of work but it's fun and the people around me and the atmosphere makes me happy to come to work and to be there. All of the employees and managers are super friendly and helpful. Overall, the company has their heart in the right place as far as taking care of their employees and trying to run a good business.

Cons

I do wish that we had better air conditioning/swamp coolers. I also think that it's ridiculous we only get a 30 minute lunch break when we work 12 hour days. An hour would be nice.

Pros

Interesting idea for a company

Cons

Working here has been a deeply frustrating experience. Senior leadership rarely listens to the people actually running the day-to-day operations, and many decisions feel completely disconnected from what is happening on the warehouse floor. Instead of removing obstacles, leadership often creates new ones, making simple tasks harder than they need to be. There is also an excessive focus on spreadsheets and reporting that rarely lead to meaningful improvements, while the real operational problems continue to be ignored. Another major issue is the expectation to deliver results without the proper tools, equipment, or staffing. Employees are constantly asked to meet aggressive production goals, yet the basic resources needed to achieve them are often missing. It creates an environment where people are expected to perform at a high level while being set up to struggle from the start. The workplace also feels disorganized and directionless. Everything is treated as urgent and critical, which makes it nearly impossible to prioritize work effectively. Leadership lacks consistency and accountability, and the overall environment often feels chaotic rather than structured or supportive. Perhaps the most disappointing part is the lack of growth and opportunity. Employees who want to improve processes, share ideas, or develop their careers often feel ignored. Instead of empowering people, the environment leaves many feeling stuck, undervalued, and burned out. With stronger leadership, better communication, and a willingness to actually listen to employees, this could be a much better place to work, but unfortunately, those changes do not seem to be a priority.

Pros

Decent hours(Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts) (Friday-Sunday 12 hour shifts) Great co workers

Cons

This is a do more with less type of company(The mesa location is in dire need of equipment but it's NEVER replaced or supplemented) (This is also the companies "Flagship" location so they say) They offer a bonus based on performance but if your on load out or picking orders good luck getting it. Top performers are regularly denied .25 cent raises thanks to ever shifting goals and gates that are NOT humanly possible, in addition to other nebulous reasons. If you can work in 110-120 degree weather for $18/hr and don't expect opportunity or growth this is the place for you.
