      NONE.Don't accept job offer!!! Lower end of salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Extremely High Employee turnover in every department of the company! People are nothing but numbers for the management! Heavy work load with negligible pay increase. Worked as R&D but was expected to work as production. Operation is in really bad shape. The V.P. would fire people left and right. Operations had no credibility. No vision. No opportunity to grow. Very poor communication within the organization. Absolutely No communication when people get hired or fired. Sales guys are not friendly at all and are back stabbers. Hard work is not appreciated. No career growth opportunity offered. I had to work 60-70 hrs a week.... had to work every other weekend....ridiculous! No Work/life balance.

      It appears that the company for the past two-three years seems to hire the UNHIREABLE (from V.P. level to regular)- our company's mission statement must be revised to define the current state of disarray and disorder that we find ourselves in.

      Cons

      Mission Statement: "Bring us your employees that lack common sense, are self-centered, don't work as a team, have no ethical values, principles nor integrity, do little to no work and get praised for it, no effort or experiance need to do the job just show up to work and the best part you can work from home at times (what a joke), no professional dress code required, no reprimands for repeated mistakes or poor work habits it will all be covered up, if you love socialising instead of working here is the place to be and all with great pay".

      Pros

      None, management sucked, production output sucked, nocommunication, alot of uncaring and unfriendly people, it's like all the long term employees were either outcasts, or the good ones were completely taken advantage of.

      Cons

      Too many to list, stay away, don't do it, Most uncomfortable feeling from the moment I walked in tilll the time I went home daily. This place will never last if they doubt ret invest some of there money.
