Everything else. Know it all management. Quick to blame others. No positive communication, goal setting, remembering what they told you last week that has changed this week. Very poor reviews from the people they serve, students and parents. I accepted a job with this company as they look like a good one from the outside. Appearances aren't everything. I should have read the reviews before I took this position. There are so many cons listed here I would have steered clear. I am a 40 year construction professional and never have I worked for such a egotistical, non-team player, disorganized, belligerent, closed minded group. A real eye opener, that there are people and organizations like this out there. Glad to be gone from there.
