Pros
Good pay, and the hours are quite manageable. All in all, the workplace is fun and coworkers are good for banter.
Cons
The management has completely unrealistic expectations, and they WILL exercise their right to fire-at-will, without warning, and without reason. It doesn't matter if you think you're doing the right thing, or if they know that this employment is your lifeline- the management will fire you at the drop of a hat. You'll also be selling broken, overpriced used cars to clients, while being told to uphold the 'Nelson Difference' that is rooted in 'Christian' values. If you like lying through your teeth, this is the right job for you. The top management even go to bible studies together! What bible are they reading??
