Management is not supportive unless they like you. You can have opportunities to grow within the company but if the managers like you. Leads are allowed to bully employees. Not very flexible for overtime or compensation unless you are a “brown noser”. They will give raises to the employees that are brown nosers while the hard workers who try don’t
Nelson-Miller is a great company to work for. Many of the employees have been working here for years and are very knowledgeable in their jobs. Came here and have learned very much about manufacturing of their vast array of products.
Cons
Company is a merger of Nelson Nameplate and Miller Dial. although employees from both companies are very knowledgeable, there can be butting of heads because of egos as mentioned in another review. this is mainly in office positions and not so much in manufacturing.
