Initially, they were very communicative about changes going on with the specific organization I was working for.
Cons
They unfairly laid me off, did not even give me an opportunity to explain anything. Instead, they only cared about the client as opposed to the person doing the work for the client. There has been a turnover of three people since starting their last fall.
