      Great people, but toxic management and culture issues

      Pros

      Used to be a great place to work and still has some amazing people around.

      Cons

      The current management has no sense of the actual market and customer needs. Just AI about everything. No psychological safety for disagreement, even when it is stated otherwise. Horrible culture of politics and backstabbing. No real mission except doing more money and no true customer first attitude which is odd as some of the brands are case examples of how to take care of customer success in long term.

      Interesting problems to solve, Company provides very good tools to help us do our job , Flexible timing and WFO/WFH combination.

      Sometimes meetings can get late because of different time zone
