Cons
Management expects you to work over 40 hours/week. Every RAVE winner is awarded to employees who worked long hours, dealt with customers outside EST, etc. Work life balance is not inline with pay Office space is cramped. No member of senior management has any external leadership experience. This has led to some interesting office dynamics.
