Pros
Bad experience all around; but there were a few nice fellow employess I had contact with.
Cons
They are not forthright with their pay process or work load. They want to pay per visit, which they cryptically compute to hours. You only get paid for nursing visits, but they are constantly tasking you to complete Physicians orders, CMS485, freqency orders, etc.. work that has no visit involved. So you don't get paid for that. The supervisors are all remote and the nurse is schedled by somebody offshore in India. Your timesheets will also be approved by an offshore person in India. There was total confusion on who and how to submit timesheet for payment; I was given three seperate timesheets, and their own payroll department emailed me they didn't understand their own form. You will be contacted repeatedly for work related items on your 'days off'. But, with this company, there is no days off. You are expected to work without pay and including off days. One of the worst RN work experiences ever and I've been licensed over a decade, lots of work experience.
