-Amazing camaraderie -Great learning environment, especially for tech -Quarterly bonding trips
Cons
Being such a casual environment, there really is no management system, and everyone is treated as an equal. Definitely awesome if that fits your style of working, but for some it doesn't

Neohire has been one of the best experiences ever. I don't think I will ever leave the company. The team is like a family. The growth has unlimited potential. 100% of it's clients are referral based, it just feels like you work with friends on an ongoing basis. They work with some of the sexiest startups in the tech space. I really love working there. I can't see myself anywhere else!
Cons
None to mention. This is a fantastic company. No where else I would rather be working
