Pros

The environment is young and dynamic. Time rather flexible.

Cons

Year after year, there has been an inexorable decline that led the company to have to lay off more than half of its employees. The good individual were present, but not being adequately paid, they first left the company, which has not been able to replace them with the same level of professionalism. This has decreed a deterioration general of the company, with a strong impact on sales to end to all the rest. In a nutshell: a Director or Country Manager with proven experience, cannot be replaced by a new graduate.

Hello, we are sorry for the bad experience that you had in Neo, it's definitely a pity. It's true, a changing environment is a reality since the market, the products as well as the teams change very often, year by year. Anyway, we see it as a positive fact, we are aware of it and we believe in innovation too, so for example we give a chance also to the new graduates or young professionals. Building the worker experience inside the Company is one of our core activities!

Pros

This is a company where you can learn a lot, they do a lot of trainings and many employees are good professionals. You can operate with huge budget and the team is pretty young.

Cons

The company is on a descending curve, best people moved away during the years and the business suffered. The management is really poor, people not able to pursue a real change in the business model, moreover the ethic of the company is questionable. Most of the turnover comes from mobile subscription services, basically they don't have 1 single service that customers want to buy.

Thanks for your comment. As you may know the business is very dynamic, so we have descending as well as ascendant curves. The people turnover has always been high so leavers are a reality – but at the same time we hire newcomers, all young people willing to challenge themselves and improve the Team. The business is in a renewing phase and we are investing in innovation on many levels, both people and business wise.

Pros

From to 2009 until 2015/16 this was one of the best place to work not only in Italy. Very well defined targets and career paths. Lot of opportunity for growth, job rotations, and many opportunities to have international experiences in one of the different offices worlwide. Lots of trainings, personal coach, and well-defined appraisal model, focusing a lot con company's values. Lots of team building events, Amazing talented colleagues. Different people who lived that "era" ended up in big companies like Google, Facebook, Apple or started their own start-up. After 2015, when founders stepped back, many things changed. The Company is being rebranded down Digital GO, New CEO and Executives coming from the Telco ecosystem brought much more bureaucracy, politics, inefficiency, and above all they lost all the good things, especially on People/HR, the company had. Many talented people left, all first line management is italian (contrary to what it used to be with much more international environment), unclear strategy, continuous changes of direction, no sharing among people, employees mood at the lowest ever. 6 starts for what it used to be, 2 stars for what it is now.

Cons

As said previously last 2/3 years there was a complete abandonment of all excellent and forefront HR/People practices. Centralized decision making process, much more politics and inefficiency. No clear strategy, people have become "just a number".
