      Pros

      The people you work alongside are fantastic and the pay is great, but neither of those things can make Neon worth working at.

      Cons

      Anyone in a position of power creates an incredibly toxic environment. The clients are abusive, and there is no sense of partnership or trust. The hours are absurd. Long hours are understandable in advertising, but day after day of 2am - 3am submissions, relentless weekend work, and shame/guilt thrown at you when you want to take time off can really burn people out.

      Pros

      The benefits and perks was the best in the industry and there are plenty of nice people to work with who share a can-do attitude that rivals many other agencies.

      Cons

      Don’t expect much training and mentorship . People are too busy to invest in training juniors. Complete submission to account. Account has 0 respect for process, project management or anyone and will make it clear in a short time. Atmosphere presents itself as inclusive but the clicks and account behaviors dash any chances of success on that front. “Hit the ground running” is an understatement.

      I do not have many nice things to say about this company

      Cons

      There are a lot! This organization is a mess top down. The employees keep this place a float while management is very unengaged. The new CFO Kristin Jackson is an absolute Nightmare! This is an organization run by margins and could care less about it's employees. Finance will gladly have you do Countless hours of busy work for no reason at all. Then they are very shady asking to do transfers that are not accurate and lies just to hit their numbers to corporate. They have No problem making you work extreme hours with no gratitude.
