Extremely long days with no overtime pay (sometimes I worked from 8am-7pm or 8pm to get work done due to understaffing) Was contacted outside of working hours and on weekends, sometimes as late as 11pm to 12am Constantly subjected to gruelling verbal performance reviews with no formal procedures in place Was made cry on a few occasions Lots of workplace drama High staff turnaround The management of this business really lets it down with a lack of professionalism and a disposable attitude towards staff
