      Pros

      Townhalls meeting are held every month where all our Sr. Management including our cofounders talk about what is going on with the company and what can we expect going forward. This really helps make us feel involved in the growth of organization. The management always thanks each and everyone for their hard work on the call, I mean who does that?

      Pros

      There are plenty of opportunities here and decisions like promotions and appraisals are based on individual performance and not tenure. If you do well, you get the chance to lead early. I appreciate this and also the way management recognizes our hard work with rewards and celebrations.

      Cons

      It takes more than a month to go through the entire appraisal cycle with a lot of forms to fill.

      The work at Neotas can be challenging at times, especially when dealing with complex reports but it brings an opportunity to grow. The recognition for my work and growth chances also keeps me motivated to push forward.

      Growth opportunities are plenty, but it is merit-based so you need to perform very well.
