      Pros

      The work environment is very good. I got hands-on training while working with some of the best minds in the industry. The best thing is that our CEO is approachable and even takes the time to speak with us personally and listen to our ideas or if we have any concerns. I feel happy to work in such an open and positive atmosphere.

      Fast-paced, sometimes the workload is intense

      They gave me a job during COVID when I needed the most CEO and Top management are very approachable Lots of opportunities to grow my skills

      They pay was a bit less compared to the workload

      As per my experience here, I see who stick to company core values and work with dedication can grow for sure. So nothing but just be self-focused and give out your best in the job.

      Sometimes, workload is too much, but that’s understood.

      Pros

      Experiencing the best work insight – Working on some of the latest and in demand tech stack. Sometimes pressure helped me learn the work fast.

      Cons

      Managers sometimes fail to offer resolutions on time, I believe, it’s because of their workload.
