      The pay is decent. My position was fully remote.

      Cons

      Most of the management is horrible. (In fairness during just shy of 10 years there, I did have one great manager). They micromanage and treat you like you are worthless. The upper management lies straight in your face. They have been laying off MAD amounts of people, with no regard to work ethics ......full teams just eliminated. (It's been a monthly occurrence for quite some time now). When you are laid off, they have no clue what is happening. They say one thing but then it doesn't happen. THey have no clue what they are doing. I personally had to hound them to retrieve their equipment and when IT FINALLY talked to me about it they asked me what equipment of theirs I had. This was not an isolated situation, my coworker had an email asking her to return equipment that she never had. People that do the work are just given more tasks while others loaf around and do nothing all day and are never brought to task and given promotions.

      Terrible Company, they are now adding fake reviews from AI!!!

      Work from home, 401k for US workers

      Everything else: no growth, management/leadership is terrible, heavily outsourced workers, I also saw the 5 star review on here and that is completely fake and AI generated! management saw the reviews and wanted to bump up their scores. what would really help is actually improve the company!

      Pros

      None. This company used to be Covance and actually used to be good with lots of room for growth. C suite has slowly sucked the life out of a vibrant company culture. Use this place to get the experience if you must but do not expect growth or a long career here.

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, no room for growth, innovation or even providing opportunities for professional development. This company does not want talent. They want cheap labor which is why so many jobs have been off shored. Great talent and managers have been laid off, resigned or got out of dodge.
