Good work-life balance Easy approvals for most R&D purchases Zero dead weight, everyone is at the top of their game CEO is an engineer and understands the R&D process Free lunch (both via company card or catered)
Cons
Not enough parking Typical risks associated with startups (uncertainty past 6-12 months) Missing some of the fancier, expensive tools that bigger companies like J&J have access to Total comp is slightly less than competitors due to no bonus
