Pros
I dont have even a word nice to pay about this company.I am sorry I think of it as the biggest mistake I did.
Cons
-Very bad payers. -They mention your bank account and salary they paid you yet in every review meeting. -The infrastructure is horrible.The company is in a house which is modified. -NO transport facility. -NO medical reimbursements or life insurance.I was told "we pay you enough so you we dont have any medical claims. " - Its a family owned business,though they talk about management it is all the same family.Decisions come from a single person and the management agrees. -The "management" have their meeting at their house. -The HR doesnt know to behave and there is only one HR in the company. -The process is horrible. -Employees are treated like private slaves. -I really really dont have anything nice to talk about the company and can go on on talking about its cons.
