Pros

Coworkers and management for the most part are really nice, understanding, and fun to work with

Cons

Always get complaints that stuff is empty, yet they cut hours and expect us to get stuff done in a small amount of time

Pros

Great benefits if your full time. Coworkers are great to work with. Depending on location and store you MAY get advancement. I stress the word may. Most of the time customers are friendly and you get to know and like the regulars. Great first time job or for students as management are really good at working around their school schedules.

Cons

Managers are hit and miss, meaning some are good and some bad. Bad meaning they want you to do all your work and some of their work too. Part timers get NO benefits. Rarely do managers actually give positive feedback, so if your a person that likes and needs appreciation you may think twice working here. Advancement is possible but don't hold your breath. Pay is ok but unless you make it to management expect typical low wage for a grocery place. Shifts are all over the place and for people who have kids you are going to find it a rough place to work.

Pros

Learned how to train others on the job. Dealt with cash on a daily basis. Increased customer service skills as well as communication skills.

Cons

Was not easy to deal with management. Did not work around my schedule. Low wage, with little room to grow. No benefits.
