Deep concern for employee mental health and well-being. Resourcing and efficiency issues due to turnover of loyal, hard working and frustrated staff over the recent years. Statistics on parental leave returns over the years show a flaw in sustaining mothers in certain departments. Bullying behaviour from certain staff, leaders (some have recently left) and HR over the recent years have bred a culture of toxicity, worsening to a level where it is believed acceptable behaviour.
