You will get to learn more. Salary on time, Free Lunch, depends on where is your job location

politics, not proper rules or systems in place, less salaries are offered to employees, managers know nothing about current technologies nor doesn't have any managing skills at all, Office environment is very bad. very bad smell. clients are always not happy, Interviews are a joke. Company doesn't spend any money. No welfare for people. Work work work. You will loose your personal life.
