      First Impression gone TERRIBLY WRONG by Tiffany Becerra

      Pros

      I guess I have high expectations for the people I interact with. Tiffany emails me saying I applied for a part time EA position (which I didn't), then emails me saying she was "multitasking" and meant to say I applied for XYZ position (which I did). We schedule a time to chat further at a specific day at 1:15. I take my lunch, wait until 1:19 and no call from her. So I call her. Then she tells me if she can call me at 1:30, I confirm 1:30 is the time she will call me and she confirms. She doesn't call or email. If this is the co-owner, I can only expect worse from her team and services. Save yourself the headache of dealing with such "elite" agency.

      Cons

      Given the mentioned above, I can't talk about the Cons. I would not hire a company like this which treats their applicants in such manner. Proceed with caution is what I have to say.

      Amazing Growth Opportunity

      Net Gold is an elite recruiting and consulting firm that is quickly expanding. They are always looking for new ways to be innovate and create something new. Net Gold takes pride in helping their clients find qualified candidates and even go the extra mile to really understand what both parties are looking for. Not only do they want happy clients, but happy recruits.

      You MUST be self-motivated and a go-getter

      There are no good reasons.

      Cons

      All they want is money. I don't care about their client. Will place bad people just to make a quick buck.
