Pros

Net-Inspect is a great place to hone and develop your engineering skills. I had the pleasure of learning from great mentors and working with colleagues who were excited about the company's vision. You get to take ownership of projects and make significant contributions that directly reflect in customer satisfaction. Because the company is small, you get to form close relationships with all stakeholders and learn how the business operates. C-Suite knows what they are doing.

Cons

The tech stack is a little outdated and doesn't take advantage of newer/better web frameworks, cloud platforms, and database management tools. So if you're looking to work with the latest and greatest, or gain transferrable skills, it's not ideal. The company's ARR, while very healthy for its size, isn't conducive to salaries that meet the average market rate, especially in a tech hub like Seattle. It's a nice company to work for, but if TC is a deal breaker for you, Net-Inspect might not be a good fit.

Pros

They let you to work on different tasks.

Cons

CTO thinks he owns this World and tries to bully employees to cover up his lack of technical knowledge. Stay away and find another company!
