The worst management you could possibly find in any company

Pros

There are no pros about this company and in fact, I wish glassdoor provide ratings in negative numbers so I could give it to Net Solutions.

Cons

The management is cheapest especially HR and Technical heads. These people have never worked in any better company or even went outside Tricity to work. They don't have any idea regarding management. "Our way or highway is their policy".

They have a few good men working for them.A fancy building not wrong to say one of the prettiest offices in Chandigarh. You will make some good friends here. Salary credited on seventh of every month . Driven by process which gives birth to chaos

Cons

Lala company. Few very old employees have Superbad reputation across Chandigarh. A big no if you ever worked in big brand in past. Late night sitting. They will not give you hikes giving insane reasons . Poor pay masters.

Poor management, poor policies, bad managers, extrema work pressure, no employee facilty means very poor employee facility.
